1. Don't Waste Your Money
We all know this. I know you've heard it before and you know you have to learn how to save your dollars if you know you're broke because in the future especially if you're a teenager, you gotta save that cash for college, a new house, etc. It's okay to buy whatever you want at times but you can't be splurging often. When you grow up, you also gotta spend your dollars on your kids (if you want kids in the future).

This is a very important thing to do for the new year but I hope you've been doing this your whole life or for a really long time at least. If you always let your emotions control the things you do in life then listen up. You probably ended up in jail, lost friends, been in way too many fights because you let your anger control you. I'm not saying you've done all of them but you were probably in a really bad situation because you've done something that wasn't smart since you were angry. Do not do that because that prevents you from having a great future. 2. Don't Let Your Anger Control You

3. Don't Procrastinate
You better not do this and if you've been procrastinating for a really long time, you need to stop. You need to learn how to manage your time and not do school work in the last minute because you'll end up making mistakes in your school work and you rushed through it. Doing this leads to a bad grade. Not only that, if you've been lying around and chilling, playing video games or whatever when you got work to do, then you need to stop it. Procrastinating is not a good thing and it's just a waste of time.

4. Don't Drink And Drive

5. Don't Be Conceited
Always stay humble. If you're too conceited and you think you're better than everybody else, you're not. You need to stop letting your ego take over you. Being full of yourself is so selfish and the way you treat others will be the way you'll get treated.
